20 to 30 years ago, there were only a hand few of realtors working the HRM area. Now there are over 1500 registered in the HRM and surrounding areas alone. Those numbers are staggering. But did you know that only about 1 in 5 of these new agents actually make it past the first two years? Did you also know that the majority of realtors are on their second, third, or sometimes fourth careers before entering the real estate world? It's these previous careers and the lifestyles that went with those careers that makes the realtor that we have today. Most of us are available full-time, many of us now team up so that do get a bit of time off for our families when it is needed.
